Tips for Employers - Consideration is Crucial

- Ask your employee what they are expecting from you and your organisation.

- Ask what plans your employee has for coming back to work.

- Ask them how you can help to make a smooth transition from home back to work.

- Think with appropriate colleagues what facilities can be offered to your employee to return part time or quarter time, possibly short days, less days and so on. 

- Think about the activities/tasks that this employee undertakes normally - are they still appropriate - if not, is there any other role that is available short term.
